Personal Insights
What drives me, what I value, and how I approach leadership.
Beyond my career and family, I am someone who believes in leading by example. I value honesty in conversations, consistency in actions, and humility in decision-making.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors — hiking, hunting, and fishing. Some of my best moments have been early mornings in nature with friends, where simple conversations remind me how connected we all are to the land and each other. I also enjoy golfing with friends, mentoring young professionals who are starting their careers, and volunteering in community projects that make a real difference.
I believe that leadership isn't limited to titles; it comes from showing up, listening carefully, and working collaboratively. I’ve learned that sometimes the smallest conversations — whether with a neighbor at the grocery store or a colleague at work — can spark big ideas and solutions.
What fuels me every day is the desire to contribute to something greater than myself: building a community legacy where my son and future generations can thrive, neighbors look out for each other, and every voice matters. That is what I hope to bring to Duncan’s City Council — practical solutions, clear communication, and decisions made with long-term stewardship in mind.
