Thank You, Duncan
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who supported me throughout this campaign — whether you cast a vote, had a conversation with me, hosted a sign in your yard, or simply offered a kind word of encouragement along the way. I’m incredibly proud of the race we ran and the positive, transparent message we shared.
While the results didn’t turn out in our favor, I remain deeply committed to this city and its future. Congratulations to David Leonard on his victory — I wish him the very best as he steps into this important role. I hope he holds Duncan City Council to the high standard that our citizens expect and carries out his work with honesty, vision, and a servant’s heart.
This campaign has only strengthened my belief in the people of Duncan. The conversations I’ve had over the past several months have been inspiring, challenging, and motivating — and I don’t plan on stepping away from being involved in this community. My goal from the start was to serve, and I plan to continue doing that however I can.
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart.
